As first time home buyers, my husband and I did not really know what we were getting into but Flavius worked closely with us throughout the whole process to help us find our dream home.

In our initial meeting he helped us outline exactly what we are looking for, weigh the pros and cons of our specifications, and assisted with us getting in touch with a loan officer.

Throughout the process he was patient, kind and helpful. He explained all of the details and fine print to us and gave us the confidence we needed to navigate the home-buying process.

When he showed us a home we loved, he scheduled our inspection and helped us to think through all the details. He negotiated with the seller for us so we were able to manage our expenses responsibly.

We were set up for success from the start with Flavius as our realtor. His knowledge of the home buying process, his support and encouragement of our journey, and his willingness to answer all of our random questions made him an exceptional choice and now we have the perfect home to show for it.
