About Flint

Flint Adam earned his Tennessee real estate license in September 2013 and went on to become one of the top-performing real estate agents in Middle Tennessee. He has averaged 38 sales and over $19M in annual sales volume since 2015. Three out of every four homes he sells are in Williamson County.

In 2021, Flint was voted "Best Realtor in Williamson County" by the readers of Nashville Parent Magazine in their annual Best of Parenting Awards. He was also recognized in 2023 and 2021 as a Neighborhood Favorite Realtor in Nolensville by voters on Nextdoor.com.

He is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR), has served on the association's education committee, and is a 2017 graduate of its Leadership Academy.

Flint sat on the 2020-2021 WCAR Grievance Committee, the Communication Task Force, and was one of three WCAR Community Ambassadors for the town of Nolensville, Tennessee. He has also earned one Titanium, four Platinum, and one Gold award at the annual WCAR Celebration of Excellence.

He is founder and owner of Beacon Real Estate, a boutique brokerage serving Greater Nashville and specializing in Williamson County residential listings and sales.

Flint lives with his two children in Nolensville and also blogs about the community. His hobbies include world-traveling, photography, real estate & stock market investing, hiking, reading, and blogging.

Flint was absolutely outstanding in helping our family sell my mother's home. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible, especially given that none of us lived nearby or could be at the home regularly.

He returned calls and texts quickly, stayed in constant communication, and took the initiative on so many fronts. Flint arranged for trusted professionals to take care of landscaping, cleaning, and other services so we didn’t have to lift a finger. He handled everything with minimal involvement from us, which made a stressful process feel manageable.

Where Flint truly stood out was when the home received multiple offers within the first 24 hours on the market. He walked my mother (and all of us) through each offer with patience and clarity, highlighting the pros and cons, and helped us make a well-informed decision that made the most sense for our family. He never pressured us, and we always felt like he had our best interests at heart.

Despite surely having other clients, Flint made us feel like we were his top priority. His attention to detail, strong communication, and calm expertise throughout the process set him apart in every way.

I can say without hesitation that Flint is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. If you're buying or selling a home, you want someone like Flint in your corner.

We wanted a realtor who was a brilliant marketing strategist and we got that with Flint and more! This man knows your market and how to sell in it. He’s a very likeable guy and knowledgeable, guiding us along the way and walking us through all the nuances. In a very stagnant market during winter Flint drove a ton of traffic to our home and beat the comps- selling our home long before the other houses and without compromising on price! The day we closed we were very sad to say goodbye to him, but hey, now he’s become our friend as well. What a top guy!

Flint is the total package. Professional yet easy to talk to. Knowledgable about the area, the market, and trends. He helped my wife and I sell a house while the market was tanking and made sur ethat we got the best deal we could. Responsive, helpful, and dealt with our anxiety like a champ. And a genuinely nice guy to boot. If I ever have to sell/buy a house again, he will be my first and only phone call.
