We wanted a realtor who was a brilliant marketing strategist and we got that with Flint and more! This man knows your market and how to sell in it. He’s a very likeable guy and knowledgeable, guiding us along the way and walking us through all the nuances. In a very stagnant market during winter Flint drove a ton of traffic to our home and beat the comps- selling our home long before the other houses and without compromising on price! The day we closed we were very sad to say goodbye to him, but hey, now he’s become our friend as well. What a top guy!

From the very first time I met with Flint I just knew I had made an excellent choice in realtors. He walked me through everything I could expect during the selling process and really provided guidance along the way. Flint continually went out of his way to provide the sort of “above and beyond” service you just don’t find anymore and was available at all hours to answer questions, give advise and lend a hand when I needed. Flint’s easy, calm, professional nature and years of experience were so appreciated, and kept me grounded when my anxiety was high...he understood the stress I was experiencing with working full time on top moving & selling a home during a pandemic! Flint, a Nolensville native himself, created a beautiful video for marketing my home and took gorgeous pictures that really highlighted the most stunning features of my home, and I cherish those as a sort of memento of a home I was having very bittersweet emotions leaving. We had the pleasure of working with Flint and Erika for the sale of our home in Nashville and were extremely impressed throughout the entire home selling and buying process with their knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism and guidance and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sale in the Middle Tennessee area in a heartbeat!

It’s very clear Flint and Erika are really in tune with the market - in Williamson county which is their speciality but also in Nashville, where we sold our home. It gave me peace of mind to know we were working with agents who truly know what’s going on in the market (as was evidenced by numbers, comps and spreadsheets and anecdotal stories from previous sales) and could provide an accurate valuation for our home.

When we decided we were ready to sell, we prepped the house for "media day" and were extremely impressed with the pictures and videos they produced. We thought they would just take a few pictures for the listing but no - it was SO much more than that! Flint and Erika worked together to take professional photos, 3-D walkthrough videos for Zillow and a custom narrated video that was posted to many social media channels! Truly above and beyond work and we were impressed that this task was not outsourced to a marketing company. Their attention to detail really showed that they truly cared about helping us market our home and set us up to get top dollar. We were under contract in under 2 weeks and I have no doubt that the marketing materials played a key role in getting the right buyer to our house!

Throughout the listing and selling process, Flint and Erika were always a phone call, text or email away and never made it feel like we were inconveniencing them at all whenever we reached out. They were very proactive about informing us about what to expect and what next steps were. When we were negotiating with the buyer of our house on something to be fixed, Erika’s advice was priceless and she was able to read the buyers agent really well and help us achieve a fair negotiation. Additionally, as we got to know Flint and Erika more throughout the process, we became friends and we were consistently impressed with how they were so friendly yet also always professional.

As a former REALTOR, I generally prefer to approach real estate deals on my own, only bringing in help when necessary. The few times I have sought help, I found myself extremely disappointed in the quality of assistance received.

When my husband and I decided to sell our Nolensville home, we felt that with COVID-19 and a shifting housing market, we needed help. I had seen Flint’s name around town and decided to reach out. Flint was highly responsive from the very beginning, which put him heads above other real estate agents from day one. He arrived prepared, knowledgeable, and confident. #hired

While our home was listed, we were out of state. Flint went above and beyond to help during our absence. He turned on lights for showings, closed down after showings, and kept us informed. He also sold our home for full price in less than a week, but even after closing, he didn’t take his foot off the gas pedal. He actively guided us through the closing process, attended our closing (I’ve never had that happen before.), and continued to help post-closing with one final repair issue.

Late winter 2019 work location change required us to relocate out of the Nashville area. We interviewed multiple realtors and connected with Flint Adam through referral of a business partner. His team created a marketing plan for maximizing the value of our home that was very detailed in renovations that would bring fast return on investment. Our house listed and was under contract in less than a week. Return on our renovation investment was 48% closing 60 days after listing. Highly recommend working with Flint and his team as they understand that home renovation is challenging, but were very specific on what would improve the appeal of the home, and they delivered.
