I was born as Floyd Francis Cutler III, but my friends call me "Sonny" — a Nashville-based Realtor known for blending market expertise with creative strategy to get results. Since 2019, I’ve helped buyers, sellers, and investors move forward with confidence — whether it’s a first home, a tough-to-sell property, or a deal that just needs the right spark.

Originally from Iowa, I moved to Tennessee in 2012 to pursue music, and I quickly fell in love with the sense of community here. That same love for connection now fuels my real estate approach: I’m a great listener, a strong communicator, and a big believer that no two deals are alike.
