For decades now, I have been and am currently educated, credentialed and employed, in diverse service industries involving many different customer service aspects with regard to the Airline industry medical field. During my Airline tenure, I held various leadership roles. In the Medical Field, I’m employed As a Burn/Trauma ICU RN, and hold leadership roles as well; my current certifications are CCRN, ABLS, BLS, TCCN and ACLS certified nurse. I have keenly sharpened my ability to professionally, accurately and efficiently serve the needs of my clients/customers and patients. Furthermore, I find it a joyful and rewarding challenge to perform beyond their, as well as my own, expectations.
