Entering the real estate world during the 1990's market crash, Flynn carries with him the hard-earned knowledge, experience, and understanding necessary to compete in a hostile environment that few truly understand. As an investor and entrepreneur, Flynn battled through the real estate jungle that often brought hard learned lessons and many wonderful successes.
Involved in law enforcement since the early 1980's and a police officer since 1988, he worked for several law enforcement agencies around the Sacramento region in many capacities: patrol, K-9, Traffic, Investigations, DUI and Drug Enforcement, SWAT, etc. In 2001, Flynn left a local municipal police department as a Watch Commander/Sergeant and moved into real estate full time.
As a Realtor, Flynn was and still is passionate about two things: meeting his clients’ needs and helping his clients avoid the pitfalls he encountered in the purchase and sale of residential properties. As result of these efforts, Flynn quickly built a strong referral business through friends, family, and other Realtors across the nation. His real estate team became a valuable part of the Placer and Sacramento County real estate markets and the growing Keller Williams Family.
Flynn then became the Assistant Team Leader for the Roseville Keller Williams office, adding his knowledge and experience to the rapidly growing Roseville real estate company. Flynn helped build the solid foundation of people, systems, and models that have helped take the Roseville office to being one of the top real estate offices not just in the Sacramento area, but throughout California and the nation.
He was then asked to assist in opening the first Keller Williams Office in the State of Hawaii on Maui. There, as Team Leader of the Kihei Keller Williams Office, he introduced not only the Keller Williams systems, models, and philosophy, but also the real estate knowledge and systems that he had used in his real estate business while in California to agents on the tropical isle.
After opening the Kihei Keller Williams Office in December of 2003, that market center achieved a profit within three months, profits shared with its agents in six months, and within the year was turning nearly $100,000 in profit for the market center. The Kihei office was ranked at 23 out of over 360 market centers nationwide and Flynn had brought over 60 agents into the Keller Williams Family on Maui from other real estate companies on the small island.
But Flynn longed for the passion of selling real estate and working with the people who really mattered in the industry: buyers and sellers. After a difficult decision, Flynn and his family returned to the Sacramento area and the things most important to him: God, family, and friends!
Flynn currently lives in the Rocklin area and works the Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado County regions of the Sacramento Valley. He and his team's focus are on serving the needs of his clients. Real estate done right means letting the client choose what is right for them: by offering service programs that meet the needs of the most discriminating client to service programs for those who choose to sell their home themselves.
