Next level. Every other review is the plain truth - All well founded. We sold in one day, multiple offers above asking price in a market that's just mediocre. As a buyer or a seller, you can't afford NOT to get his team together with your team.

If you’re looking for an experienced, efficient, responsive and highly knowledgeable real estate agent look no further. Ford is absolutely amazing. He helped me with a very stressful and complicated situation and made everything go smoothly. He also helped me update some areas of the house that needed a little tlc before putting it on the market. The contractors he works with are wonderful as well. They did everything so quickly and cleaned up after job was done. I was totally blown away how fast everything got done! I was so impressed with Ford. He goes above and beyond call of duty and makes everything go very smoothly:)

My husband and I contacted Ford who we had only met once at a non-profit dinner. Due to his reputation and the eventual referrals from friends and associates, we called him same day to see a property that would check off many needs which could facilitate a probable move. He had just returned less than 24 hours from a cross country flight to meet a very last minute request. That was an impressive start. As other buyers were actually on our heels as we were walking out from our showing , Ford got us under contract just hours later. Ford’s engineering background proved exceptional as we worked with his inspector recommendations, repair evaluations, and viable contractor referrals.

After three months as we turned to
list our original home, Ford and his team sought to get our home listed in multiple publications and multimedia sites. His skill set to determine a realistic market value was systematic and calculated at every turn. This effort proved most productive as he turned our home over to out-of- state buyers in less than a week. We appreciated his diligence, honesty, and his command of the housing markets.

Most important, he is available all the time. we had to visit a property 5 time and he even brought the contractor with him to evaluate the property. I worked with Ford about 30 years in an engineering agency and recall his intelligence and ethics. In recent years I noted his online presence in the real estate and home renovation space. When it came time for my wife to sell her mother's home, I suggested we contact Ford.

Ford met us at the property in February and gave us some perspective of how the property might sell. He made a great first impression on my wife and she was comfortable to work with him.

We discussed some renovation options, and decided to list in late April with limited upgrades, some needed repairs, and a great power wash of the roof and driveway. After initial discussions of asking $345K, Ford told us he has a knack for pricing homes and suggested we list at $380K. We had multiple offers within a week, and sold the house for $385K, with closing in early June.

Ford has a responsive set of contractors to efficiently make repairs and spruce up a property. Ford helped us navigate a family member's low-ball offer, including lengthy communication with the family member.

Ford and his partner Carolien did a fantastic job and earned every penny of their commission. I strongly endorse working with Ford if you are selling or buying a home.

Ford and Carolein were a great team to work with in selling our home. We live in SC and they worked with us to prep the house for sale, list it (full asking price within 72 hours - higher than comps), and completed admin work that resulted in closing within 3 weeks from listing. I was in limbo...do I keep the house and rent or do I sell. Ford Cook has been a long-time, trusted family friend and would be a natural source for seeking professional advice. As the home owner, I had four qualified individuals who were ready to sign a lease agreement! And I had 36 hours to make a decision!

I contacted Ford letting him know the dilemma. He responded right away. Not only was the response timely, but he met me AT this house AND he had already run the comps! Within less than half hour, the decision to sell was sealed!
