Foster Algier

Foster Algier is a licensed real estate agent and is an active member of CFRI (Central Florida's Realty Investors Group), FREMA (Florida Real Estate Marketing Assoc.), and currently serves on the board of directors for IRC (Investor's Resource Center). Foster dedicates his time to real estate investing and training others through his apprenticeship/mentoring program. His many years of experience in wholesale sales and property acquisition has been recognized in the many awards he has received.

Foster has a wealth of experience in dealing with foreclosure sales, "subject to" deed sales, owner financing, lease options, short sales, hard money lending, and financing heavily discounted properties as well as acquiring insurance for these properties. He also works with several other wholesalers to get his clients the best pricing on the houses they are buying. Foster is well rounded in the investment world as he has also renovated 50 plus homes and has leased many of those homes throughout the years.
