My husband and I have worked with Fran and her entire team since we bought our first home 11 years ago. Since then, she has helped us buy and sell three times and finally into our forever home. She made the process so simple and it went so smoothly. We sold our house in 3 day and with the help of her team (Justin Schiatta and Peter Goodman) we were able to close both the sale and the purchase at the same time. I can’t express enough how supportive and on point this team was. Fran was incredible in helping us find exactly what we were looking for in the exact location we wanted. She was so attentive we never had to wait more than a few minutes to get her on the phone to help us with the tiniest issue/question. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Fran is by far the BEST realtor I have ever met and worked with ! She is so passionate and professional. Fran is one of the hardest working realtors I've ever know. My fiance and I had a long want list but with her help, we were able to really evaluate what we wanted verse what we needed. Fran went above and beyond showing us houses and making appointments at all hours of the day and night during the craziness of the pandemic to help us find our dream home. Fran made you feel as if you were her only client from the start. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about how the process was going to go but Fran took away those fears immediately. Any question I had, she was there to help me along the way. Her infinite amount of resources helped make this a fun and smooth process, from looking at homes in-person to the entire buying and closing process. She was available at any time and was As excited about the experience of finding a home as I was. I am incredibly thankful she was there for me to help me find my new home! I would recommend her a THOUSAND times over.

After 23 years we decided to sell our home. We came upon Fran, she had great reviews and people seemed to recommend her as her qualifications were second to none. From the start, Fran felt like family! She placed all of our needs with sensitivity, professionalism and was spot on about all of her advice and knowledge. This lady is amazing!!!! Within 20 minutes of our one and only open house, we had several potential buyers. Fran was always there for us with each step of the way in selling our home. She made sure we were informed about the entire process. I would definitely trust Fran with all of your needs. Anytime we had questions or were uncertain about anything we called, texted or emailed and she was always quick to respond.

I could not overestimate the importance of having a prepared, professional, personable and qualified real estate agent. Within days of the initial listing, we received several substantial offers. Ms. Shesh was the consummate professional -- she always made herself available for viewings or questions. It's often overlooked, but her photography background was key to the success of the sale.
