When I decided to buy a home I made sure I had my financing in order and then chose a local Real Estate Agent. After months of looking I became frustrated. I met Fran when I went to a property she had listed. After talking to her I decided to switch Realtors and it was the best decision I could have made. After a couple weeks I was under contract on my first house and I believe the difference was 100% Fran Gatti. She is a go getter and very professional! Fran assisted us with a difficult short sale on a home. It was tough work, but throughout the process I was impressed with her tireless perseverance. She's intelligent, hard-working, and experienced. Plus, our home is sold! What more could you ask for? I would be happy to work with Fran again.
