Fran strives to be a Realtor for all of lifes changes….whether it be your first starter home, upsizing due to a growing family, needing more room for extended family, downsizing when the kids are grown to a vacation home to retire. Fran is a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors and the Catawba Valley Association of Realtors which includes the Multiple Listing Service covering the counties of Catawba, Caldwell, Alexander, Burke and outlying areas.

She believes in building her business with strong relationships with her customers with integrity, always doing what she says she will do and offering service after the sale.

A native of North Carolina and graduate of Lees-McRae College, she takes pride in the “Tar Heel State” and all it has to offer from the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains to the pristine beaches.

She is active in church in Taylorsville, NC in Alexander County, active in the schools of Alexander County, mentors in a national widows group and is a foster/adoptive parent for the past 14 years.
