About Fran

Fran has written programs and training manuals for new realtors, taught classes, and created a mentor program to assist realtors to “Jump Start” their business. In addition to her busy real estate career, Fran has been an active volunteer in many local and national non-profit organizations. Her major work with non-profits has been in the marketing arena where her team won national awards for best and fastest-selling local cookbooks. Fran was named sustainer of the year for her role as the adviser to Junior League of Denver’s cookbook.

One of Fran’s passions is working with relocation companies and individuals. Moving to a new city is full of choices and decisions. By first exploring neighborhoods and then houses, Fran strives to help Buyers find a home that meets their needs in every way. For many, she is their first contact in the Denver area and is much more than just their realtor.
