Frances just sold my sisters home. Not only a painless experience, it was actually enjoyable. Frances Drake is a wonderful realtor. Her staff person was also extremely sharp and helpful. FRANCIS COMPLETED A VERY DIFFICULT LAND PURCHASE FOR US. THE AMOUNT OF EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE WAS UNMATCHED BY ANY AGENT I HAVE USED BEFORE. IT WAS LITERALLY A 5 DAY A WEEK NEGOTIATION. WITH FRANCIS IT WAS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IT WAS ABOUT HER REPUTATION WITH HER CLIENTS AND AS A RESPECTED REALTOR IN THE FIELD. SHE WILL NOT BE BULLIED AND WILL STAND UP FOR HE CLIENTS ON WHAT IS LEGALLY AND MORALLY RIGHT I AM 100% IMPRESSED AND WOULD RECOMMEND HER FOR ANY REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION!!!

My Wife and I recently purchased a house for the first time. I just want to say Frances you deserve more than 5 stars just to see how much work you did and how well you kept us up to date every step of the way. I like how you walked right next with us every step of the way. You say what is and don’t promise something you can’t deliver. Frances will go above and beyond to make sure the buyers interest are #1. Thanks again one thing I won’t forget is that Frances had a surgery during the purchase process and required her to have rest but she was there wen we needed her. So this was my first time buying a house and really didn’t know what to do or how to do it, and frances made everything ok. Frances did the hard work if I started to worry about something she would say don’t stress or worry that’s My job. She makes sure she knows her clients to get them exactly what they want. I met Frances over the phone, long distance from Ketchikan, while trying to get an apartment in Everett close to my new place of employment. She worked in the office at the apartment complex at the time, so we were well acquainted by the time she became a real estate agent. When she suggested that I buy a house in the area, I thought it was a good idea but told her that I didn't think I could. After all, I was already buying a house in Ketchikan and I wasn't making very much money at my new job in Everett. But she convinced me to go see one of the people she works with that help guys like me to get financing for a home. I was surprised when I got pre-approved to go shopping for a house. I was so excited with the thought of getting out of the apartment complex and into a house of my own that I wanted her to put in an offer on one of the first few houses I looked at (I thought it was the right house for me). But instead of putting in an offer on it and making an easy commission, She explained why I really should forget about that one and keep shopping. I'm really glad I listened to her, because she was absolutely right. We looked at a lot of houses together before we found the one I felt really good about and she assured me I couldn't go wrong buying it at the price we offered. Again, she was right. I'm very happy with my home, and very happy with Frances as my relator. Frances & I have become very good friends, as I'm sure she has with almost all of her clients. She is a great person that really does care about others.

Frances Drake was the most helpful and amazing Realtor I have ever meet and in my lifetime I have bought three homes. No one else went out of their way or worked as hard as Frances did. She was not just trying to help me buy a house...she wanted me to have the best I could possibly have and she was a tiger about looking at how well the homes were built and all the things I needed to check before buying.
She held my hand and walked me through the whole process as this was the first time I was buying without my husband and I have a wonderful home with an amazingly beautiful yard and people always remark on my beautiful home. I am very happy here and I have Frances to thank...
