Mrs. Frances has been a great realtor for my wife and I. She was available when we needed her to show the house. She showed us the property and either answered all of our questions or contacted the seller's realtor to get information directly from the seller. The transaction went smoothly and I would recommend using Mrs. Frances. She wasn't pushy nor did she seem desperate to sell me any home just for the sake of a sale. That was just what I needed.
