Fran is the best realtor I know. She helped me purchase my first home when I was very young and the whole process was very scary. She talked me through everything and always made sure I understood exactly what I was signing or dealing with. She always made me feel comfortable with making decisions. She was with me every step of the way and to this day I will call her and ask her questions if something comes up. She is super nice and responsive. She even will check up on me every once in awhile and wish myself and kids happy holidays. She’s great! I highly recommend and if I ever sell air buy again, she will be the one I call!

Frances is amazing. We worked with Frances for our recent home purchase. She is very professional and fantastic to work with. We were new to the area so it was very helpful that she is very knowledgeable. She helped us narrow down our search area and also was very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the process. We always felt very comfortable and she is very personable.
Finally when we found a house we liked, she got every thing ready really fast so we do not lose out the place in this hot market. We were just amazed how fast she was able to get things done while still keeping us updated with every part of the process.

Although we were not the most difficult of clients (finding a house in one day because of Franny’s amazing researching skills), we could not have asked for a better person to work with. We spent a day visiting the houses Franny had picked out for us based on our preferences in a home. We ended up choosing new construction based on a model we were shown, and Franny stood by our side through every step of the process – from picking a lot to picking our flooring. As a first-time home buyer, I had my share of jitters and concerns. Fran was recommended to my husband and me by a good friend. What sets her apart from other realtors is that she wasn’t interested in selling us a house: Fran wanted to help us find our home. Fran patiently spent close to ten months helping us search for our perfect home. Early on, she asked us to be completely candid about what we liked and disliked about properties. Soon, it was not uncommon for us to be in a house for just a short time when Fran would pull as aside and whisper, “We can finish looking around, but I’m not selling you this house: this one isn’t your home.” When we found the perfect house, Fran guided us through the entire process of inspection, bidding, closing. Fran is an awesome agent and after the great experience I had with her, I have decided that when I’m ready to buy my house, she’ll be the only agent for me.
