Frances, a consistent top producer in NJ real estate, serving Clifton and Northern NJ . She has distinguished herself as both a high-volume single agent and team. She began her career in 2003 and immediately became a recognizable name within her marketplace with an unwavering commitment to service excellence. Prior to joining Keller Williams Prosperity in 2020, Frances had also been ranked in the Top 50, and Top 100 out of Coldwell Banker Realty’s 3400+ sales agents in New Jersey/Rockland County, as well as the top 2% of NRT’s 45,000+ agents. She was also ranked the #1 agent/team in closed sales for the CB Montclair office between 2014-2019. She arrived in the US from Cuba as a small child with her widowed mother, who provided the foundations of hard work, sales experience, and unwavering ethics. Living in the Montclair Heights, Richfield, Greglawn, and Athenia sections of Clifton for over 25 years has given her a strong understanding of the city. Jose Sr supports the team as the Director of Operations while Jose Jr's role as Training & Support Coordinator helps assist all clients and the team. A second son, Christopher works in Law Enforcement and owns Elite Video Productions where he has provided both high quality real estate videos and law enforcement video work. The family are proud owner of multiple rescue dogs.
