About Francesca

Francesca Brennan is a License Partner of Engel & Völkers New Orleans. She is a licensed real estate agent in both Louisiana and Mississippi. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University and her master’s degree from Tulane University. Francesca started her career in residential sales for a regional production builder, where she sold more than 300 homes in her first three years. Prior to founding the brokerage that would later become Engel and Völkers New Orleans, Francesca worked for a residential historic home builder as their exclusive real estate agent, responsible for the acquisition and sale of all of their investment properties. Regularly named one of the city’s Top Real Estate Professionals by New Orleans Magazine, Francesca has also been voted "Best in Real Estate" by New Orleans Homes & Lifestyle Magazine. She is one of the founders of the Krewe Boheme, a Mardi Gras parade, and a captain of The Merry Antoinettes, a Mardi Gras krewe. Francesca enjoys music festivals, antiquing and traveling around Mexico. She lives Uptown with her husband David and their two kids.
