About Francesco

Francesco arrived here on the Central Coast four years ago from Italy as an au pair. He soon met his wife, Kristene, who is his best friend and partner in crime.

When he moved here, Francesco immediately felt part of the community. The landscaping of the Central Coast reminds me of Marche, his region in Italy. Monte Urano is his hometown, and he believes it is the best location in the world. There, from the same spot, you can admire the Adriatic Sea on one side and the snowy mountains on the other side. For this reason, location is a very, very important standard to him. Location is important in real estate as well. There is nothing that can give you more satisfaction than guiding people on the journey to find the place where they are going to build memories. In fact, one of his biggest life achievements has been taking his real estate license in a different language and closing a deal after a couple of months of working in the business.

Francesco attributes his interest in real estate, and his biggest course of inspiration, to his dad. When he was nine years old, his dad decided to sell his successful shoe factory and become a real estate investor to allow him to spend more time with them. His success in real estate was what helped him choose the path he wanted to take. His advice always made me feel safe.

When Francesco is not working, he loves adventuring in the area with Kristene and the kids. He enjoys riding my motorcycle, hanging out with friends, snowboarding, and of course, eating tasty food and cooking Italian dishes.
