I would like to say that Francheska and her team at Fave Realty are my FAVE. I was a beginner investor seeking to purchase cash flowing rental properties and with Francheska's help, I was able to purchase my first home two years ago, and then another home just last month. With both purchases, she helped me navigate the financing process and requirements. She finds exactly what I asked her to find! In both cases, I basically purchased the first home she presented me with because it was exactly what I was looking for. On this recent purchase, I was purchasing a two family home that already had tenants. She helped me and the tenants transition smoothly through the change of ownership AND when one of the tenants moved out before closing, she found me a replacement tenant and had a lease ready to sign BEFORE we even closed on the new property so I never had to deal with vacancy.
I also want to give props to Gianella who works with her at Fave for helping me with paperwork and information even AFTER closing when technically their job was already done. I'd also thank Dean Lupowitz from Cardinal Financial who answered ALLL my questions(I ask a lot) and working with me to get the financing situated. Overall, both home purchases were made very manageable for me thanks to the team at Fave Realty. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future and I'd highly recommend them for your home buying needs!
