BACKGROUND:

Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Government from the University of Puget Sound, Certificate in Legal Assistant Studies from the University of San Diego, post-graduate studies at the University of Washington, and Real Estate Education at the Rockwell Institute. Advanced real estate education includes professional training as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). Francie is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to Sales Associates in the residential sales field. Only 3% of all Realtors have earned the CRS designation. Having lived in both Seattle and the Eastside and given her years of experience working in the legal and medical arenas, the career moves to become a Realtor was like coming home (no pun intended)!

Francie has advanced training in Buyer representation and has earned her designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). She is dedicated to finding the right home, at the right price and in the shortest amount of time possible. Even if the home is not listed for sale, she will try to find it by contacting the homeowner to see if they are interested in selling. Buying a home can be stressful, but Francie likes to make it fun and educational as well. She works diligently to research and review new properties, network with other agents regarding present and upcoming properties, and educate her Buyers to help them make informed decisions.
