As an engineer and plant manager, Francis knows a lot about problem solving and the importance of never giving up. In fact, these are skills he uses every day as a realtor when helping his clients through the transaction process. Too often he has been on the other side of the real estate process and found himself feeling disappointed with the experience. As an agent, he does everything he can to ensure his clients never feel that way.

Aside from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their family. Family is extremely important to him and finding the time to laugh together helps them to keep a positive outlook.
