Francis Van Rafelghem

Francis has over 17 years of real estate experience as a sales agent and a real estate market research analyst. Francis earned his Broker's license in 2008 which afforded him an even deeper knowledge of the real estate industry. He is one of the company's Brokers-in-Charge, so Francis is responsible for ensuring contracts are accurate and complete and that they protect the interests of their clients. He also serves on the Honolulu Board of Realtor's Grievance Committee reviewing cases involving complaints against agents.

Prior to his real estate career, Francis’s work revolved around providing excellent customer service. He continues this ethic in his current career where not only is he a tough negotiator for his clients, but he executes all necessary steps to ensure a successful transaction. Francis is his clients' premier advocate.
