Franck did a great job at assisting me in buying and selling my first house! He was very efficient to work with and would answer any of my questions very quickly.

He also has a long contact list of people who can help you with renovating your house such as carpenters, plumbers, etc. which is always nice to have when you're new to the process.
Franck also speaks French and Spanish, which was a big deal for me who is a native French speaker.
Franck never failed to explain to me every single step of the process- from looking at the listings to signing all the papers on the closing day.

He is very professional, reliable, responsive, friendly and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends!
