As an executor of an estate Frank was extraordinarily helpful to me in selling the decedent's home. He was knowledgeable of the market and priced the property accordingly resulting in a sale at the asking price, which also was the highest price paid in the community for twenty years.

He provided great resources to assist the family in getting the home ready for closing and was attentive to every question and detail.

Frank is a true professional and I highly recommend him.

Frank Blumenthal is absolutely ideal to work with: attentive, responsive, thorough. It’s like he eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate. In the could-be very stressful climate of home buying and selling (both of which he has done for our family), he manages to make it non-stressful. You’ll quickly realize how capable Frank is when you walk through a home and he is able to inform you about every aspect, from the tiles, to the heating/cooling, to the beams, to the roof. It is very impressive! Would 100% recommend and would work with again. He got us our dream house!

I would give Frank a ten out of ten! I was a total deer in the headlights with regard to selling my townhouse, and Frank was a champ walking me through the entire process, from listing to settlement. I was ready to spend thousands of dollars to update/fix minor issues and Frank suggested many other options while still keeping the utmost integrity as a seller. Did I happen to mention that my house sold in one day for 1k over asking? My comps and selling price was spot on, which made the sale very fair and equitable. Working with Frank was actually fun… he has a great sense of humor and he was able to keep my nerves in check. He was ALWAYS available to answer questions and make recommendations to keep the sale moving in a positive direction. Did you ever hear the statement, “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know”? I had 30 days to clear out the dwelling that I had lived in for 25 years and I could not have done it with Frank’s team of personal referrals. Everything from pool table movers, industrial cleaners, movers (and shakers!), painters, handymen, you name it!
Take it from a very satisfied client, if I had another property to sell or even looking to buy, (which I don’t, I am renting for a year!) i would call Frank in a second. He is still a contact in my phone and will be forever!
