Frank Borghetti

Frank R. Borghetti, holds a Senior Real Estate Professional (SRES), C.P.R.E.S., Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, AND REALTOR DESIGNATIONS, Frank is a veteran of the United States Naval Air Reserves, spent 25 years in the Defense Electronics field as a microwave systems technician, retired from Southern California Edison Company, in Real Properties/Land Management, where he managed SCE properties for rights-of- way in residential, commercial and industrial properties in Southern California. This also includes negotiating with property owners for easements, licenses, leases, permits and other land rights for the utility company.

Prior to relocating to SoCal, Frank worked in Property Management positions with NV Energy in Reno, NV, Utah Power in Salt Lake City and South Carolina Electric & Gas providing these clients with real estate land consulting services.

Frank lives in the South Meadows area of Reno, Nevada with his wife Patti. They have four grown children and nine grandchildren. Frank is an avid skier, enjoys bike riding, hiking, cooking and reading Vince Flynn novels.
