Frank Chaviano

Frank Chaviano, founder of the Chaviano Group, is a licensed real estate agent in the states of Florida and Washington. During his military tour and corporate career, he has lived in the states of CA, WA, TX, FL and grew up in NJ. He spent most of his adult life and professional career in Florida holding various sales and senior management roles for companies such as Tropicana, Pillsbury, Coca-Cola, and Rubi Tools USA.

Frank is passionate about the value of providing his group’s clients with service that includes integrity, expertise, market knowledge, negotiation skills, exceptional analytics and professional rigor, communications and collaboration, to yield excellent results. This is a commitment to excellence that Frank shares with the Keller Williams Brokerage family.

Having personally experienced the adventures and challenges of the purchase and sale of five of his family’s homes, across three different states, it is a key personal mission for Frank to make the selling and buying of properties, a satisfying experience that will help each individual and family generated wealth through real estate.

Mr. Chaviano is an accomplished and results-oriented business leader who learned his work ethic from working parents and started his career with the U.S Air Force. He grew up in his business career within corporate and privately held companies, starting as a front-line employee, and moving to senior management. He attained vast experience in transforming sales, marketing, operations, distribution, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and strategic sourcing, to peak performance in Fortune 100 and regional companies. He completed his college degree while working full time and raising the first two of his four children. His education includes a Bachelor of Public Administration from Florida International University, graduating Cum Laude in 1993. He also recently completed a commercial real estate certificate in March 2021 at Cornell University and continues to be a life-long learner.

For 13 years prior to joining the Keller Williams brokerage family, Mr. Chaviano was an executive, leading high-performing teams for JLL, a top Global Commercial Real Estate firm. During his tenure he served industry-leading Fortune 100 clients such as Intel, Amazon, Kaiser Permanente, Adventist Health West, Kindred Healthcare ExxonMobil Deutsche Bank and Citibank. His experience includes strategic corporate real estate facilities management in North America and internationally. His professional and life experience has become a solid foundation to better serve all his real estate clients.
