I had the pleasure of being assisted by Frank. We were new in town (New Jersey) and was extermely important to rely on someone honest, reliable and truthfull, so we got lucky finding Frank as our realtor agent. He was extremely helpful, considerably knowledgeable, and kept in continous contact throughout the whole process. Frank was always very sensitive and unsderstood since the very beginning our needs and priorities: location, floorplan layout, ammenities, bike storage, etc. He made us feel confortable every step of the way, and made his best keeping us updated with the most recent apartment listings (within our budget). Furthermore, he was very active when it came to replying, booking appointments, and keeping us posted for updates. He took care of all the paper work on our behalf and everthing went smooth. I would highly recommend Frank for all of your home or aparment buying, selling and/or renting needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Frank was incredibly helpful! It’s a shame we couldn’t finalize an apartment that he showed us (the landlord was unresponsive, and it wasn’t his or the listing agents fault). His advises and insights were appreciated throughout the entire process - this is something that a new immigrant or a person new to the city always appreciates! Would definitely reach out to him in future for any of my real estate needs.

Frank wasn't the only real estate agent my wife and I worked with, but he was certainly the most professional and effective one. Frank accommodated our request to show apartments remotely via FaceTime when we were out of town. He provided us with relevant similar listings after the showing. He kept open line of communication even after we signed a lease to make sure everything is fine. I recommend Frank to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional real estate agent. As first-time renters, my boyfriend and I dove into apartment hunting in New Jersey with not too much knowledge beyond a few non-negotiables and the areas we liked.

After connecting with him online, Frank quickly helped us find a selection of apartments that had what we were looking for and we were able to see all of the ones we liked in one day once he quickly scheduled the viewings.

As we viewed the apartments, I appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness when it came to potential red flags or questions worth asking. Unlike many other realtors we'd met with, Frank wasn't pushy or trying to desperately sell us an apartment that wasn't it.

He was accessible and calm and he answered the many, many questions I had as a first-time renter. He was also familiar with the area, which was great.

Frank helped us find our dream apartment and immediately put in an offer. He worked with our schedules and even helped us measure the space, which was much appreciated.

Frank was clear about the application timelines and how the process worked, which I also really appreciated.

He is a knowledgable source and has a calming, professional energy. I would recommend anyone looking for their next place to live reach out to Frank — especially if you, like me, are easily stressed out by the process and will probably have a lot of questions along the way.

Frank is a great guy & realtor; professional, Covid safe, very responsive & knowledgeable. As newbies to renting in Jersey City, he guided us through the process and showed off the neighborhood w/ expertise while showing us 5 apartments in a single day. While we didn't end up signing a lease with Frank, he continued to check-in on us, weeks after meeting. Just because we didn't sign with Frank doesn't mean I wouldn't suggest him 100% to find you the place of your dreams.

Frank was super responsive - both when we initially began discussing apartments and also during the application process. As newbies to renting in Jersey City, he guided us through the process and helped us get an awesome price on a great apartment in JC. His expertise was greatly appreciated!
