My experience with Frank was nothing short of great. As a first time homebuyer who knew little to nothing, Frank was an asset that was always available to answer my every question. Not only did we get exactly the home we described to him on day one, but I learned a lot through the process. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a personal experience. Frank came highly recommended from our friends who had just recently purchased a home with his help. From our first in-person meeting all the way to spending six hours with us in a single day to look for homes, Frank’s knowledge and experience really helped in reducing my stress levels. As first time home-buyers, we were not always keen on the terminology, but Frank was able to easily explain it to us in a digestible way. He presented us with all available options and never rushed us to make a decision. We trusted Frank completely with this big decision and he made himself readily available anytime we needed him. Frank was amazing in helping me finally purchase a house. Unfortunately for me, it took me 3 years to finally be able to purchase. The surprisingly thing, and best part of my first home purchase, is that Frank stuck with me throughout the entire time. He showed me countless homes. This was my first home buying experience so I obviously had A LOT of questions. Frank made himself available at all times and was always helpful when making sure I understood all of the ins and outs of purchasing your first home. I have a very busy schedule and he found time to meet my needs of when I could go see different potential homes. He was extremely thorough in explaining what each home had to offer. He always offered helpful advice but never voiced his opinion as he wanted it to be my decision. Once I selected THE house that I wanted to purchase he worked efficiently in order to make sure my offer was appropriate and timely. He attended walk throughs and home inspections with me and again was so helpful in the learning experience of purchasing a home. I would recommend Frank 100% of the time to anyone in search of a new home!!!
