About Frank

The old saying goes, "What's in a name?" Well for me, my name is the very embodiment of what you can expect when we work together.

The word "frank" can be found in any dictionary, defined as "unmistakably honest" and "direct in speech or writing."

I’ve had my fair share of nicknames growing up – Frankie, Frankie D, FD3 – but no matter the name thrown my way, at the heart of it I’ve always been frank.

Whether I represent you as the buyer or seller in real estate, we can all agree that business is built on trust. There are tons of books and videos that attempt to teach people how to win the trust of others. To me, that always seemed unnecessary. How can I best gain your trust? Simple. I’ll be frank with you from the very start. I’ll be me.

So, what does that mean?

With 10+ years in marketing and advertising, my knowledge of social media and online marketing puts you directly in the eyes of buyers. In a constantly evolving digital industry, combined with the ever-changing housing market, experience and exposure leads to results.

Sellers: exposure sells. Back in the day, there was a sign on the front lawn, an ad in a paper, and a prayer that someone would see it (including your agent!). Today, there are much better methods by way of social media and digital marketing that will not only gain exposure, but also generate interest from buyers. And that interest might as well be a paved path right to your front door.

Buyers: If you’re looking for a minimum of three bedrooms and two baths, I’m not going to show you a shoebox studio apartment, label it a “must buy” and praise it for its city views. Right from the start we’ll sit down and build your wish-list. We’ll work together on hitting those check-list items and finding you the perfect place to call home.
