About Frank

Frank, an experienced individual in the real estate industry, believes in the power of actions over words. His impressive track record dates back to 1977-78 when he achieved membership in the Real Estate "Million Dollar Club" as part of the "Land Development Specialists" group. From 1979-82, Frank managed property marketing across various locations, ranging from Trinidad to Steamboat Spring, Colorado. During this time, he collaborated with notable companies such as Navajo Land Co. in Atlanta, Georgia, and Navajo Ranch Resorts & Estates.

In 1982, Frank established "Land Marketing Specialists," a Colorado-based company that successfully generated and closed sales for renowned entities like Magnuson Corp in Coconut Grove, Florida, Colorado Mtn. Est in Cripple Creek Mtn., Faris Land & Cattle Co., Malcolm Forbes at Forbes-Trinchera Ranch, and MCO Properties, the developers of Pueblo West, Colorado, Fountain Hills, and Lake Havasu, Arizona. These ventures resulted in over $24 million in real estate negotiations and closings, covering more than 30,000 acres of land by the early 1990s.

Furthermore, from 1986-1992, Frank founded a marketing firm specializing in national and international buyer-seller matches. He developed and utilized a computer program similar to the current MLS system, a testament to his innovative mindset. In 1993, Frank's success continued with his involvement in GW, where he purchased, developed, and constructed on over 80 acres in the East Valley. Additionally, he co-purchased, planned, and developed over 1,500 acres in Navajo County. Frank also acquired and completed over $9 million worth of multi-zoned subdivisions and over $3 million worth of residential subdivisions for Maricopa and Pinal Counties, Arizona.

Throughout his career, Frank has showcased exceptional project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in marketing and public relations. With 36 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has dedicated 19 years to GW & Associates. Frank has accumulated extensive training and credits, earning certifications as a business broker in both Arizona and Colorado. He leads Developmental Marketing, growth, and Sales at GW, specializing in Commercial Sales, Land Development, Infrastructures, and Planning/Zoning.
