I will never use another realtor in my life as long as Frank Engel is in the business. Trying to buy a house in 2021 was outrageously stressful. From the moment I started working with Frank he was steadfast and confident in the right way to navigate the market. He has vast experience working in the region and his knowledge and insight provided guidance for every single question I had. He was available through phone, text, and email every day at seemingly every hour. His recommendation to sell our house before we even had put in our first offer to buy seemed insane, but was the right course of action and the only reason we were successful in our move this summer. There were times when I was convinced we'd be homeless. There were times when I questioned every decision we made previously and whether it was even worth trying to move. 2021 was a crazy market. I have friends who gave up and just settled with not buying a house at all and trying to wait it out. Every house was getting offers and selling within days of being listed. Through all of that uncertainty was one calm reassuring voice who know just what the right choice for our family was. There isn't anyone I trust more to guide me through a situation so difficult, and he has earned my business for life. If you are looking for a realtor, Frank Engel is someone you can trust. Look no further. I will happily recommend him to every person I know looking to buy/sell in any market.
