About Frank

Frank Freeman is a Boston-area native who grew up skiing at the Belknap Ski Area (now Gunstock) in Gilford, NH. His college education led him to a brief stint in the engineering field, then a tour with the U.S. Navy.

Frank was introduced to Waterville Valley in 1973 when he worked for a Massachusetts-based real estate development company that was building Waterville Valley’s third condominium neighborhood – Windsor Hill.

According to Frank, “I planned on staying in Waterville for one year, then returning to Boston. By the end of that first year, I was enjoying the mountain environment and lifestyle so much, I quit my job so I could stay up north.” Frank’s Boston employer’s loss was Waterville Valley Realty’s gain, as Frank joined our team in 1977.

Forty-four years and many condominium and home sales later, Frank is still enjoying Waterville Valley’s Mountain lifestyle. When he isn’t working, you can usually find Frank hiking, snowshoeing, biking, or kayaking.
