In this market, I was not prepared for the long haul or the impossible bidding process. Frank was impeccable hanging in there with me (and my craziness) the entire time. He was beyond patient, always motivated and available. I could not have been more impressed with his real estate knowledge as well as his negotiating skills.

Today, I live in a house that was everything I was looking for. It is without hesitation, that I highly recommend Frank Grabon.

I have had dealings with Frank on two separate occasions when buying and selling my houses. What I can tell you about Frank is that he is all about the customer. The time and effort he put in for us was second to none. He was always there for us whenever we had questions (trust me my wife had plenty) and he was always there to help. He looked out for our best interests and Im sure he would do the same for you. If ever I am in the position of moving again, I will be sure to seek out Frank again.

Frank assisted my wife and I in finding a new home in Warminster. He asked us just the right questions and knew exactly what we wanted. Frank was always available to us and always responded to our phone calls. He is very knowledgeable and we were very confident in Frank during the entire buying experience. I can’t thank Frank enough for his excellent work. We moved to Ohio many years ago and kept our house in Philly. We made the difficult decision to finally sell . Frank helped us with every detail in preparing the house for sale from 560 miles away . Once the house was “ ready” it sold almost immediately despite the complexities of the virus crisis . The sale price was better then expected. I would recommend Mr. Grabon without reservation.
