Melissa - Frank made our home-buying experience so easy. We moved to the Greater Houston Area from another city and really had no clue what area we wanted to live in. We did know we wanted to be in a nice neighborhood in a top-rated school district. Frank's knowledge of the city and school districts helped us to find the perfect home for our family. His flexible schedule made buying a home in Houston while living over 200 miles away as easy as buying one two neighborhoods down. His negotiation skills saved us thousands of dollars and his personality and professionalism made us feel like we were working with someone we'd known all our lives. Frank and his staff were amazingly helpful from beginning to end and they've even followed up with us since the purchase, knowing that we are new to the city and wanting to make sure we are settling in nicely. Chris & Amy - Frank Gray was a friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and fun realtor to work with. He sold our house for MORE than we thought it was worth within 4 DAYS of putting it on the market. Once that happened we went into action looking for the dream house we wanted. Frank knew exactly what we were looking for in a dream home and he kept all of our searches specific to what we wanted and in the general price we specified. He gave great advice during the negotiation process and helped us obtain a great deal. As we simultaneously worked through all the arduous details and milestones of completing the sale of our home, Frank exhibited extreme kindness, patience, and resilience as we were dealt many challenges to overcome. With our final closing being delayed two weeks and my family's nerves frayed to the limits, Frank was always a rock of positivity, working hard behind the scenes to help bring our transactions to a close. It all worked out in the end and we couldn't have been happier. In fact, in honor of Frank, we named our little robotic pool cleaner after him. We thought it was appropriate, because just like the pool cleaner, Frank works diligently and efficiently under the radar cleaning up other peoples messes while we attend to the business of every day life.
