My parents Mr. Nick Green and his wife Beverly Green used him in selling their home that they recently renovated. They have nothing but positive things to say about how responsive, professional and dedicated he was. Working with Mr. Herman’s made the whole selling experience go smoothly. The pictures for that Mr. Herman took of the home were absolutely amazing and great quality, looked every professional. Mr. Herman was always available and responsive to them whenever they had any questions or concerns. We highly recommend Mr. Herman, and rate him 5 stars and would definitely use him again in the future!

Frank made our home buying process easy and understandable. He put so much effort and time into helping us find our home. He is available anytime of day! Which is so nice when you have a family and working schedule. I loved how he scheduled house viewings back to back and made the most of our time. He was on top of all the listings and got us booked to view homes right away. When we were walking through the houses he gave us lots of tips and tricks. He is very professional and helped us find our dream home as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Frank Herman. He is just an all around great person and realtor.

I'm very happy I had Frank Herman as my realtor! He is friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. He made buying my first home much easier process. I was impressed with how he was able to find houses and get a string of showings in a row – a huge bonus for me. Even in this crazy market, I was able to go into contract on a home after just two weeks of actively hunting. I would definitely recommend Frank to someone looking for a home!

Frank was awesome! He did comps for me that came up to $149k hi and then he and his team decided that we should go for $159999. The day that the listing hit was crazy with 2 over ask offers in less than 12 hours. Closed easy peasy with Frank present and running the show. Thank you Frank!

Frank made everything amazingly simple and easy. For someone who had no knowledge of real estate and buying a home, he walked me step by step and checked in with me often to make sure he answered any and all questions. He works at your own pace and he treated me like I was part of his family. I am only rating Frank 5 stars because I don't have the ability to give him 6. I highly recommend Frank whether you are buying or selling your home, he will leave no stone unturned.

I promise you won’t find a harder working or more genuine person to help your family with the home buying process. Frank is always reachable via phone, email, text message, etc. regardless of the time of day and that makes all the difference in the world. Seriously, 10 out of 10 service!

First time homeowner, Frank and his team made this a great experience. We have a big family, picking a forever home was not easy. He catered our families needs really well and had great houses to show us. We instantly fell in love with the home we purchased. He has great negotiation skills. There where if I’m not mistaken 2-3 other offers on our home. He managed to come up with the best deal without going above the asking price. We got our home within a month of first seeing it. I recommend him to everyone that says they’d like to buy or sell. In the future God willing we would get his help in purchasing a second home. Let me first start off by saying he's not your average realtor. He took his time and help guided us through the home buying process and treated us like family. Even my kids thought he was amazing and called him uncle frank when we spoke of him. His priority is his client and you'll never find a better realtor then frank. Frank is the real deal and you can tell he's genuinely looking out for you. This guy is a godsend to our family.
