Frank Hinkle

G. Franklin Hinkle II, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Northern University in 1992 and was awarded his Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University in 2002.

He is a licensed attorney and real estate agent and has been an active real estate appraiser since 1992. He is a Certified General Appraiser with the State of Ohio and holds the MAI and SRA designations with the Appraisal Institute and the ASA in urban real estate from the American Society of Appraisers.

Frank is active in the real estate and law community and specializes in eminent domain and ad valorem tax cases and special purpose matters such as insurance claims, divorce matters and bankruptcy.

His affiliations include the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the Columbus Board of Realtors.
