Frank Hung

There is a saying here in New Mexico, "I have traveled to many places but have no desire to leave New Mexico." Having been born in Albuquerque, moved to California, and being raised and educated there, and back to New Mexico, this saying resonates with Frank.

Frank Hung has been in the real estate field for 25+ years. He is currently licensed in both California and New Mexico. With both of my licenses, he can represent transactions for the entire west half of the United States. He specializes in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Placitas, and Corrales.

A little background on myself. Educated at UCLA and obtained a dual masters in both Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering with highest honors. Frank’s education in engineering has enabled me to bring a logical, structured, well thought out, and calm approach towards real estate. He presents data in a way that is easily digestible which enables buyers and sellers to make an informed decision, without being pushy. He treats clients with the utmost respect and understand the importance of being patient and being a good listener in the home buying/selling process.

Frank has excelled in real estate over the last 2 decades, because of having real estate all around me when growing up in California and through investing of my own. He originally got involved in real estate for my own personal investing, but this quickly spread to helping colleagues and friends who wanted to buy and sell their own personal residences or investments.

Frank truly believes in giving back to the community as he have been blessed with people giving back to me when I was younger. Schooling has been an especially important aspect in my life and giving back to schools has always been a top priority of his. Frank is fluent in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.

Frank has a family of 4, which includes his wife, son, and daughter. His passions in life are real estate, helping others, educating the public, traveling, and exploring the new cultures, and enjoying tasty food.
