Frank went above and beyond to make sure me and my family understood everything we were getting into; from paper work just to simply understanding the market and knowing how to move in it! It was a lengthy process which often was overwhelming for us but was a relief knowing whenever we needed something frank didn’t waste any time. I could sit here and say frank was a good agent; but i’d be a liar. Frank was an amazing agent and is apart of the family. Genuine people are hard to come by these days. I highly recommend frank if you want more than just a agent, who will have your best interest in mind!

Frank is experienced, professional, kind, and patient. As folks buying in Philly from out of state, Frank was an essential advocate for us in the home buying process. He offered us helpful and appropriate advice when viewing houses. Once we offered on a place, he helped us navigate challenging politics created by the seller. Multiple obstacles came up during the process and Frank remained a very strong advocate for us and an excellent communicator. We worked with many people throughout this home buying process and Frank was by-far the most professional and reliable, even when others were rude or disrespectful to him. If we move out of this place, we would 100% have Frank represent us as sellers as well.

Last year, we decided to move cross country, back to our hometown. This was just before Covid changed everything. Though it was difficult to impossible at times to come look at houses and take care of some of the business of buying, Frank helped make it as easy as possible. He also did so not have the advantage of selling our existing home since it was 1600 miles away. Frank had to do the hard part. Help us find out dream home in one of the craziest markets ever. He was honest and a professional throughout, helping keep our emotions at bay when it was very easy to lose it at times. Frank helped us balance aggressive creative bids without going so far over that we would be underwater in a year. If Frank, could help us during one of the wildest housing market rides in history, I know you can help you anytime.

Frank managed the property we rented for the last 6 years. It was such a fantastic experience. I think we were the only rental property he was actually managing tenants for, so he could have easily brushed us off. Instead, he went above and beyond to help with any repairs or maintenance and even did personal favors for us. Frank is honest and definitely won't leave you hanging with any property issues. We're going to miss working with him!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Frank is, by far, the best RE agent I have ever met. He worked extremely hard (over 75 showings) to sell our home for the price we wanted. He never pressured us to lower the price (even when we were unreasonably high) and offered great guidance and advice throughout the process. I can’t recommend him enough. Call him.

Frank Jacovini is a great realtor and most honest person. He is house savvy. He tells you exactly what you need to do when selling a home. He then takes care of the rest. His system for booking showings is the greatest. You know who is going to the home and what time. You also are aware of the feedback. If any. He keeps in constant contact. Additionally, his closings are the best. Nothing long and drawnout.
