Frank Joehl

Franke Joehl started in the Real Estate Industry with EXIT Realty in 2015 and through the years of serving in multiple roles from assistant, agent, trainer, and manager, he has found his passion in Teaching, Coaching, and Developing Agents and Brokerages. Currently serving as Director of Operations for EXIT Realty Alabama and Mississippi, Franke oversees franchise records and compliance, setup and onboarding of new offices, coaching and training of agents, and overall operations in the region, he often refers to himself as a professional chaos organizer but absolutely loves every minute of it. Franke is extremely enthusiastic about creating a better Real Estate Industry through education, motivation, and advocacy and is a proud RPAC Major Investor, NAR President’s Circle Member, Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach and holds many designations and certifications such as the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and Real Estate Team Specialist.

Franke is a National Speaker, speaking across the US and Canada, and the creator of Fearlessly Authentic Coaching and The Fearlessly Authentic Podcast, which are dedicated to helping real estate agents with all things social media, Marketing, and Branding while still being their Fearlessly Authentic Self.
