I just bought my first house, and it's all thanks to Frank. As a first-time homebuyer, the process seemed daunting and overwhelming. But Frank made it easy and seamless, from the house search all the way through closing.

Frank is very communicative — if you text or call him, he'll get back to you quickly, if not in minutes! He also gives great advice and keeps it real with you — all with optimism and a great sense of humor. Not to mention he has endless patience considering how many questions I asked!

If you want a realtor who has your back, Frank is your guy. When he found out the high rate I was getting from the lender I was working with, he immediately got on the phone with his recommended lender to get me a better rate, saving me money!

For any tennis fans out there, Frank is the Rafa of realtors. He has a very chill demeanor but don't get it twisted: Frank is a go-getter who will get stuff done.

I cannot recommend Frank highly enough!

TL;DR: I will not hesitate to call Frank the next time I need to buy or sell a home, or when my friends and family need a realtor. You shouldn't either.

I am absolutely in love with my new house and neighborhood, and it is all thanks to Frankie! When I began my search I had actually just started working with a different agent. Then I met Frankie at an open house for a place he was selling, and after chatting a bit, it felt like he immediately understood my needs and preferences for a home. It was important to me to work with someone that gets me, and that is ultimately why I switched over to him.

I am a first-time home buyer, and Frankie patiently walked me through the entire process. Anytime I had any questions he responded to me within hours (if not minutes). Even now, after moving in, Frankie continues to be an invaluable resource to me as a new Baltimore resident.

On top of being knowledgeable, Frankie is thoughtful and an all-around positive person to work with. I cannot recommend him enough!

I reached out to Frank last year to view a property and he was very helpful even though I didn't end up purchasing because the market was insane at the time. He reached back out to me this summer and I let him know I would be looking to purchase in the next couple months. I found a house I liked a couple months later and he was able to show me the house on the same day. The following day we put in an offer and it was accepted! The closing went smooth and I'm very thankful for Frank's help!
