Frank Melino

After a successful career as a general contractor in the Columbia County area of NY, I begun my Real Estate Career in the early 2000's with Century 21 in Kinderhook, NY. as a Realtor. In 2004, I decided to leave the Northeast for the sunny skies of the South. I moved to the Greenville area of South Carolina and obtained my Contractors license and Property Manager's license. I managed residential living units and also open a property maintenance and repair company while my wife taught second grade in Anderson, SC. We decided to move further south and ended up in the Villages, Fl where we had several friends that were living happily. My wife is an elementary teacher in the Sumter County School District and I began working as a Realtor for Realty Executives in the Villages. Because of my dedication and strong work ethics, I have been able to built a successful career marketing and selling Real Estate in the Villages. I applied the same basic principles that have proven successful for me my entire life. Work hard, treat people honestly and fairly, and provide a service that far exceeds the customers expectation.
