Frank Molnar

Frank Molnar, Principal of Lifestyle Group at Oceans Luxury Realty, has called Central Florida home for the past four decades. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance, he has pursued ventures in insurance, wealth management, and tourism, and grown several businesses as a private equity investor and managing partner. He is currently focusing his efforts on real estate and over the past two years has closed over $30M in commercial and residential transactions.

Frank takes pride in his community involvement, serving as a board member for Daytona State College, Halifax Health Foundation, and the Executive Board of the Daytona Beach Chamber. He is currently serving as the Chair of the Daytona Beach Chamber's Community Development Committee, with a focus on bringing the area’s leaders together to work towards shared community goals and improvement, something he feels passionate about. He looks forward to continuing to serve his community through both personal and business endeavors.
