About Frank
Frank Novak joined Max Broock Real Estate, the number one real estate brokerage in Michigan, in October of 2020 and with his mother Linda Hiller Novak formed Novak Real Estate Partners.
An innovative marketing mind never afraid to take risks or think outside of the box, Frank brings a fresh perspective on marketing listings and acquiring new clients, particularly through the ever-increasing lens of digital marketing. His foray into the world of real estate comes after a 15-year career in marketing and public relations primarily within professional sports, entertainment, and live events. A University of Michigan graduate, Frank spent nine years after college working in Minor League Baseball for four different teams throughout the country, mostly in marketing and public relations roles. In 2012, his final season in baseball, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals were awarded the coveted Bob Frietas Award for excellence in promotions and fan engagement. Since returning to Michigan, Frank has developed key connections within Metro Detroit while working in marketing roles with Schoolcraft College (2013-15) and both Ford Field and the Detroit Lions (2015-18). More recently Frank served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations with the Suburban Collection Showplace, Michigan’s second-largest conference, and exhibition center. As part of his role, he served as the marketing and PR lead for the Michigan State Fair, the Novi Pet Expo, the Great Lakes Art Fair, and last January helped launch the Southeast Michigan Auto Show, a new regional automotive consumer show.
Along with Linda Hiller Novak, Frank brings his marketing and relationship building acumen to the experienced real estate team of Novak Real Estate Partners that is among the top 1% of realtors in the country. They offer a complete package of excellence in marketing and client services to both buyers and sellers.
