I've been listing and selling homes for over 29 years as a full time Realtor and Broker Owner. I endured every imaginable market condition possible from the high interest rates of the 80's to today's record low interest rates. I love what I do because every day I meet some fabulous people for the first time. And I still have the eye of the tiger in me, I've listed and or sold over 400 homes and to me my next sale is just as exciting and challenging as my first.

Some years ago, I was invited to speak at the NY Learning Annex. Some of the invitees before me were the likes of Donald Trump, Russell Simmons, Ed Koch, Larry King, Suze Orman and many more.
