It's been over 22 years since I started my real estate career. The business has changed quite a bit since then, with today's real estate transactions typically evolving to over 40 pages and 2,000 lines of contract and disclosure detail. That's not a comfortable place for newer agents or those with little time. I don't offer empty promises about quick easy outcomes because that's not how it works in the real world.
