I recently refinanced my mortgage I was referred to Frank Roccuzzo with Barrett Financial from an advisor. The refinance process went quickly and seamlessly in addition to getting a great rate with very reasonable or no cost. I was a little reluctant at first dealing with someone from out of my area but Frank provided secure document transfer and I worked with local recognized companies to finalize documents. We utilized Frank Roccuzzo for our realtor and mortgage needs. The mortgage (our 5th) was by far the easiest and smoothest experience. Any minor issues were handled completely behind the scenes by Frank. In regards to the sell and purchase of our homes Frank provided honest feedback on our purchase while not attempting to steer us in a different direction, even when it meant less commission for him. We chose to remodel the sale of our home and Frank helped guide us through that and was very strategic in the dealings with purchasers and representing realtors of the purchasers. Finally letting go of that control and having someone handle it was a huge stress reliever and ultimately that is what everyone looks for in a realtor... Two thumbs up!

My Husband and I used Frank Roccuzzo with West USA Realty to find our new home. Frank was absolutely amazing! If you need a real estate agent, he is YOUR GUY! My husband and I were living an hour away from our respective jobs and I have very hectic schedules. Frank was willing to work around that. He took us to see houses whenever we wanted to. He got back to us within an hour of us reaching out to him (usually sooner), whether that be by phone, text or e-mail. The first house we went to see with Frank was an eye opener! The homeowners were there at the time of the showing and he asked them questions about the house that we would have never thought to ask. At every house we saw with him, while my husband and I were looking at room sizes and cabinets and such, Frank was looking at the AC unit, the foundation, the windows, the roof, the electrical panel and many other very important factors. After a few weeks of looking at houses every chance we got, I was getting burned out and feeling like we were getting nowhere with finding what we were looking for. As anyone who has ever bought a house knows, the pictures that you see of houses that are for sale can sometimes look better than the actual house. Frank knew I was getting frustrated by that. He told me that he had taken note of the things that I liked and did't like about the houses we had seen so far. He offered to preview the ones that we thought we might want to see and if it there was something that he knew I wouldn't like about it, he wouldn't even bother taking us there. If he went to see it and thought we might like it, he video chatted me from the house and walked me through it, showing me all the details. And I mean ALL the details. He would narrate, saying things like these are brand new cabinets, not just refaced cabinets and generally filling me in on the things that are hard to tell in pictures or video. If I liked the house, we would schedule to go see it in person. That really made the entire experience much better for me! I no longer felt like I was wasting a lot of time going to see houses that were way better in the pictures than in reality. Frank made a very stressful situation a whole lot less stressful! He is organized and outgoing and REALLY good at his job. He will fight for his clients. I would recommend Frank to ANYONE that is looking to buy or sell a house.
