Frank Rosati is by far the best Realtor I have ever known, let alone had an opportunity to work with. I had a bad home buying experience with a previous Realtor, so when I decided to purchase a home this time, I put a lot of effort into finding the right Realtor. I spoke to several friends who had purchased homes recently and really liked their agents. I interviewed every one who came recommended and Frank immediately rose to the top. He is genuine, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient. During the process, I continually reevaluated what kind of home and what kind of area I wanted. Frank was there every step of the way. He never got frustrated with me and continually offered helpful advice that was invaluable. If I had concerns about a particularly feature that I didn't like, Frank would estimate the cost of repair or replacement that would put it into perspective. When we found a home that I loved, but had mold, Frank encouraged me to forget about it because my time frame and budget would have made remediation impossible. When other Realtors would offer him bonus commissions for full price offers, Frank would always tell me before we would even go into the house so I would know exactly where things stood. When it came to submitting offers and negotiating, he was very creative and thoughtful as to how the offer should be structured to get me the best deal possible. After dealing with a few unrealistic sellers (both of whom later called Frank back and asked that we give them a second opportunity to review offers), Frank began looking for options outside the box. He sent me several fantastic options I would never have considered. He found me the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood, with everything I wanted. The only problem was that, although it had been on the market a while, it was outside my price range. Frank suggested a verbal offer to see if a deal could be reached. He was 100% right and the seller accepted the offer for exactly what I wanted to pay and not a penny more. Frank then immediately put me in touch with his favorite home inspector, mortgage broker, and title company and began working at a rapid pace to bring everything together. Although I shopped around, I ultimately chose to work with the people he recommended to me and was very happy with the result. The inspection went very well, but Frank is incredibly shrewd. In spite of an “As Is” sale and after accepting my offer that was significantly below asking price, Frank was still able to go back to the seller and get them to give me an additional concession to cover the few minor repairs. Frank takes care of his clients 100%. He definitely appreciates referrals and readily acknowledges that his business is built on repeat clients and referrals. Check out his other reviews; his clients feel valued and he takes great care of them. I am so glad I chose to work with Frank and I don't plan to use another Realtor ever again. As my friend said to me when he recommended Frank, Frank is a real estate god.

My Mother had passed away and we needed an agent to sell her house. Frank was recommended by someone we knew. The combination of the slow economy and the condition of the house presented Frank a real challenge. He tried many ways to sell the house but he had no luck for a long while. But Frank persisted and finally found a buyer. Settle was quick and easy as Frank helped us all the way. Frank is a hard worker who doesn't give up. Frank handled my mom's estate for about a year. Aside from his easy-going manner, Frank has confidence and obvious expertise in the real estate game. Most importantly, Frank puts his clients (me and my family) at ease. He made suggestions, but allowed my siblings and I to exercise a little of our own judgment which went, briefly, somewhat counter to what Frank knew to be a better course of action. Ultimately, in this very tough market, I put my full faith in Frank and it paid off rapidly. He never showed doubt, anxiety, or impatience. When things were slow due to the market, Frank made some game-changing suggestions. I knew immediately his knowledge and experience were too formidable and, predictably, the house had contract on it almost immediately. Kind of hard to beat intelligence and cool demeanor. Very, very pleased!

I found out about Frank through my lender. I was looking for a home in Anne Arundel company and Frank was recommended as the best in the county. What impressed me about Frank was his patience and honesty. I was looking for a home with champagne taste but soda money. Frank was patient with me as he took me to over 50 homes in two weeks. And even though we saw houses that met my budget, he advised me not to buy based on little things things that he realised did not suit me. I already recommended Frank to a friend and I said three things about him ; 1) always well dressed 2) has a number of helpful resources and very knowledgeable 3) always late.. but worth the wait.

Frank Rositi was the biggest asset in my search for a home. He helped me through every step of the process. I was a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions, concerns and reservations about buying a house and Frank answered everything in a timely and proficient way. He calmed all of my fears.
