My name is Frank, and I am a Chicagoland native that recently moved to Southwest Florida with my wife and two boys. Moving across the county can be stressful enough but throw in a pandemic and two school aged children, I feel like a true professional-ha!

There is no place on earth like the Southwest of Florida, also called the Suncoast, and owning property here is one of the greatest privileges of life. With nearly 150 miles of Gulf beaches, tropical climate and warm winters, its truly paradise. Being a resident in Venice myself, I genuinely love this area and all that it has to offer not just myself but my family as well.
