I recently moved to NJ and knew nothing about the area. It took me 6+ months to decide which towns I want to focus. Even then, I kept shifting from Pennington to Hamilton to Kendall Park and everything in between. Through this entire process, Frank has been incredible — he is patient, understanding and never tried to rush me into a decision. He untiringly drove us to the properties and was available on weekends, evenings - pretty much any time. We must have checked 200 + houses and at times I wanted to give up the search. He assured me there’s a house out there for me - we just have to keep on looking.
He is professional but an individual with empathy and a strong desire to work for the community. He is a Princeton and Harvard alum, and finds joy in helping kids from disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue their academic dreams. I can keep on adding his amazing qualities and how selfless he can be - I’m so grateful to have worked with him and I can assure you that you’ll be in the best of hands if you have him as your realtor.

I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! Thank you Frank, for being so patient with me in this tedious house hunting journey.

Frankie is the best! My wife and I were urgently looking for something with some more room and were working on a tight deadline. We had two months until our lease was up and our newborn would be here. Frankie was there for us every day at any time. He drove hours away in the evenings, multiple times, to help us find the right place. He never stopped fighting for us and was truly in our corner. Now it is the end of April, and our 2 month old absolutely loves his new home, and nursery. Thank you Frankie Cruz! You are a gem!

Frankie is professional, hard working, accessible and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. He worked tirelessly to help me find a new home, often looking and setting up appointments at the last minute. He definitely goes the extra mile for his clients and I would fully recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
