We looked in several different neighborhoods in Texarkana and Frankie drove all over town to help us. He really listened to what our needs and wants were and advised us accordingly. He was always looking out for potential problems that we didn't see, and thinking ahead to resale values down the road. We originally put in an offer on a house, but someone else's offer was accepted. We made an offer on a second house, but Frankie knew how much we liked the first one. It came back on the market, and Frankie was able to help us think it through and buy the house we really wanted. Our mortgage process was complicated and she was extremely responsive to our needs through that time. We really appreciated his help and truly enjoyed the experience!
